The team has over 25 years experience in the purchase, development, construction and management of commercial and residential sites.\u00a0 <\/span>We have in-depth knowledge of planning processes and current building practices, meaning that we can bring benefits to local communities by bringing brownfield sites and disused buildings back to life.\u00a0 We can also bring forward greenfield sites enhancing their potential.\u00a0 Being privately owned and operated, decisions can be made quickly by the people that are involved with the projects day-to-day.<\/span><\/p>\n
