line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Close liaison with the local authority on a design for the scheme resulted in an application for 39 units including 7 affordable homes.\u00a0 The design and layout were subject to close scrutiny during the application process as the site sits within the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"margin: 0px;
